Using our nasal cleansing system is straightforward. Just follow these steps based on the model you have:
 
For YT-300 (300ml) Model:
1. Empty a 2.7g packet of nasal cleansing salt into the water bottle.
2. Fill the bottle with warm water up to the 300ml mark.
 
For YT-500 (500ml) Model:
1. Empty a 4.5g packet of nasal cleansing salt into the water bottle.
2. Fill the bottle with warm water up to the 500ml mark.
